Subscriber only A punk bar set to open in Maroochydore next week has sparked a feisty debate between cautious neighbours and supportive patrons. Eleven Dive Bar is set to open its doors on June 11 at their new premises on Duporth Ave and will operate Wednesday to Sunday at various hours, opening the earliest at 11am and closing the latest at 3am. The bar already has a number of punk rock gigs scheduled for the coming months, including opening night. But neighbouring residents aren t too keen to see yet another live music venue open in what they deem an already busy nightclub district.
