Leslie F. Thompson Jr. 53, of Steelton, Dauphin County, was recently charged by Amity Township police with vehicular homicide in the October 2022 crash on Route 422 eastbound at Riverbridge Road that killed Justine Twardowski, 27, of Birsboro.
