Here's what you need to know before heading to the polls. When Can I Vote?The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Where Can I Vote? Click here to access the OK Voter Portal, to find your polling place.Whatâs On My Ballot?According to the Oklahoma Election Board, 73 counties have elections on Tuesday, however, not every voter in those counties will have an election. Election board officials recommend that voters use the OK Voter Portal to view a sample ballot and find their polling place. Sample ballots are specific to each voter. If they have a sample ballot available, they have an election.One of the hot races on the ballot is Rep. Stephanie Biceâs former state senate seat. Republican business owner and minister Jake Merrick faces Democrat Molly Ooten, a speech pathologist. Senate District 22 includes parts of Oklahoma and Canadian counties, as well as parts of Edmond and Yukon. Voters will also cast their ballot for the Oklahoma City Public Schoolsâ board chairperson. They will choose between Paula Lewis and Charles Henry. In Oklahoma City, voters will choose council members in Ward 1 and 3. In Edmond, voters will choose the next mayor. City council member and retired Tinker Manager Darrell Davis faces newcomer Nathan Walters, whose company builds luxury homes.Norman voters will choose their council member for Ward 3.How Do I Get The Results?Election results are expected to begin to roll in shortly after the polls close at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
