developing news, a coast guard cutter is in san pablo bay looking for a missing airplane involving a midair collision over the bay. amy hollyfield is in richmond with what is expected to happen. amy? it is very dark but the coast guard tells me they have a cutter out there with a look out crew and bright lights so they are still trying. they will launch the helicopter when the sun comes up. they are looking for a cessna and a pilot that crashed into the san pablo bay that clouded midair with another small plane that landed safely as an airport. the cessna went into the water. a hard spin, straight into the water, hit hard, big splash and one of my tenants and a couple of others tried to recover and found fuel and oil in the water and debris, floating stuff. the plane that land safely had a husband and wife on board and they are okay. the coast guard searched all afternoon and evening for the missing cessna with no sign of any wreckage. the f.a.a. and the ntsb are invest
