Napa is reporting a gust to 28 Miles Per Hour, santa rosa reporting 21. As we look at areas around oakland and concord, 18 Miles Per Hour, 10 reported in and around concord, fairfield 17. In addition we are looking at advisories for our coast. In addition to a flood advisory, there is going to be a High Surf Advisory with waves from 10 to 15 feet.
