Dabur, the packaged consumer goods maker, has received a Goods and Service Tax (GST) demand notice of Rs 320.6 crore. The notice was issued by the Gurugram Zonal Unit of the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) on October 16. Dabur stated that it is reviewing the notice and evaluating the next steps. The company plans to challenge the notice based on strong merits and believes that it will have no major impact on its financial or operational activities.
