A 21-year-old Louisiana man has pleaded guilty to the grisly kidnapping of a teen he met through a dating app for gay and bisexual men, and his sworn statement says he planned to kill and dismember gays until he was caught or killed.
A Louisiana man admitted to kidnapping a gay teenager he met on the LGBTQ dating app Grindr with the intention of murdering him and dismembering his body.
Chance Seneca was indicted by a federal grand jury in March 2021 in a plot to kidnap and murder gay men he'd met on Grindr. Authorities say that the Lafayette, La. man, who was 19 at the time, “intended to dismember and keep parts of [one of] the victim’s body as trophies, mementos and food.”
