A 26-year-old woman, Rachel Brockway, appears in court for allegedly selling heroin laced with fentanyl that caused a man s fatal overdose in La Crosse. She faces charges of 1st-degree reckless homicide/delivering drugs and manufacturing and delivering schedule I and II narcotics.
The Holmen Parks and Rec Department in Wisconsin invites kids to drop off their letters to Santa at the "Letters to Santa" mailbox outside Village Hall until Dec. 15.
