A man is dead and another person is seriously injured after an overnight shooting near a gas station in Nutbush according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).
The former City Gear employee was identified as 19-year-old Robert Tucker. Court records show that he fired shots at a customer who made threats after he was turned down from refunding a pair of shoes.
