An international con artist, who allegedly defrauded multiple luxury resorts in Belize out of more than $100,000, has been arrested by San Pedro Police. Christopher D Angelo Alvarado Marchena, 39, a Costa Rican national with multiple aliases, was detained on February 27th at Villa Abrazos Resort in San Pedro Town.
