HUDSON, Iowa (KWWL) - After posting a threat against the Hudson Community School district, a student can now face charges. Hudson Police Chief Daniel Banks says after speaking with the county attorney, there is enough evidence present, and can possibly even lead to a felony charge.
Police are investigating the threat made on Snapchat that was sent in by a community member Saturday evening. The district was notified and sent out a statement to parents explaining the situation.
“This is the very first time anything like this has happened,” Hudson Community School District Superintendent Dr. Tony Voss said.
