Both sides agreed the judge would decide haglins guilty or innocence only using the minutes of testimony. Thats information the public will never see and typically is only used by prosecutors to justify bringing charges. In this case, the minutes include an interview with the victim by Child Protective Services and a Police Interview with haglin.
