Gaganyaan mission: The four IAF pilots, who earned their astronaut wings on Tuesday, were introduced as Group Captains Prashanth Balakrishnan Nair, Ajit Krishnan, Angad Pratap and Wing Commander Shubhanshu Shukla.
The four candidates will follow in the footsteps of Rakesh Sharma, the first and only Indian to have travelled to space, way back in 1984, in a Russian spacecraft.
