At least 12 killed in Bangladesh as train rams into bus 1 minute read (Correction: fixes errors in lede) Dhaka, Dec 19 (efe-epa).- At least 12 people were killed and three injured on Saturday after a train hit a passenger bus at a level crossing in the Jaipurhat district in northern Bangladesh. The accident took place around 6.45 am when a train on its way to the northern city of Rajshahi rammed into a bus at a crossing in the Puranapoil area of the district, Jaipurhat’s additional police superintendent Sazzad Hossain told EFE. “Ten people died on the spot. We sent five injured people to the hospital, two of them died there,” he said.
