Tonight, the search is on for a missing girl after a woman says she gave birth, but is not saying where the baby is. Susan richardson was arrest earlier tonight. They found ef that a child with you born in a parking lot, but its not been found. We have the latest on the search and the arrest. Well tonight that mother, 30yearold Susan Richardson is behind bars at the Orange County jail, charged with aggravated child neglect, and the Police Continue to externallying for the search for the newborn, baby willow. They accused her of discarding the baby, and tonight the police dont know where the baby is. The officers were out there all night last night, they had blood hounds, cadaver dogs, and officers say that she gave birth to the baby here at the willow bend apartment complex, off of silver star road. Thats why they named the newborn, baby willow. They found evidence of afterbirth, but shes not saying where the baby is. Now theyre asking the public to help find her. Were holding out hope
