Nearly all abortions are illegal in Missouri. The Planned Parenthood affiliates in the state no longer provide abortions.

The decision means the current Senate map will stay in effect for the 2024 elections and until the next round of redistricting, after the 2030 Census.

The high court sided with a previous ruling that lawmakers cannot use the budgeting process to block Medicaid funding to the health provider.
