The Los Angeles Angels have put outfielder Mickey Moniak and infielder Mike Moustakas on the 10-day injured list. Moniak and Moustakas have a chance to return for the final week of the regular season before the moves are retroactive to Thursday. Moniak has back tightness that has kept him out of the Angels' lineup since Sept. 5.
Moustakas is out with a sore left wrist and Moniak with a sore back. Shohei Ohtani, meanwhile, continues to be on the active roster, although his sore oblique has kept him out of the lineup for since Sept. 4.

Fletcher and Walsh were key parts of the Angels’ lineup as recently as 2021, but both have struggled with injuries and poor performance since then and they spent much of this year in Triple-A.
