Violent bitter clashes between israel and gaza are getting more intense today and hundreds of gaza residents are trying to get out. Hopes for quiet and calm dashed as the rockets resume. Israel stopped its attacks for all of six hours, but hamas never accepted the terms of the ceasefire and never stopped firing. Israel says its been hit by 141 rockets since 9 00 a. M. This morning. Thats the equivalent of one every six minutes. Israel has now confirmed its first fatality in the conflict, but in gaza, the death toll much higher. More than 200 have been killed, and many civilians among them.
