I would be surprised i hate to put a prediction out there because it is low in congress, but i would think maybe even by the end of this year we may see some reforms passed. Particularly because the chairs of the house and Judiciary Committee now have bills, are willing to be on board, have hearings, and move things. Up until that point, it is like, if they dont have hearings, we cant get bills to pass. None of this is going to move until the chairs of the Judiciary Committee, on board.
