Attorney-at-Law, Sanjeev Datadin told the Appellate Court yesterday that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued an order to ExxonMobil Guyana requiring the provision of an unlimited parent and/or affiliate company guarantee for oil spills in the Stabroek Block.
