Glenn brings 15+ years of award-winning industry experience to the Sylvan, with her most recent role serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, where she implemented the hotel s sales and marketing strategies and achieved the budgeted top line revenue for the hotel. Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge of the hospitality industry specializing in new hotel openings, luxury-boutique and lifestyle properties. She has a proven sales track record with high profile clients and a solid history in exceeding goals in revenue growth, market share, and profit gain. As the Director of Restaurants, Bars, and Events, Flynn is the leader of all aspects of the hotel s R&B concepts and will work in tandem with Executive Chef Thomas Davis to elevate The Sylvan concepts menu planning, service, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
