Arriyadh Development acquires Saudi office tower for $45m

Saudi-based Arriyadh Development Company said it has reached an agreement with Burj Al Balad Company to acquire a 12-storeyed office building with a total net leasable area of 10,500 sq m on King Fahad Road in Riyadh for SR168 million ($45 million).

Two GCC citizens die in an accident on King Fahad Road - ARAB TIMES

KUWAIT CITY, May 5: The Kuwait Fire Service Department stated that two GCC citizens died while others were injured after their vehicle collided against another vehicle on King Fahad Road near Nuwaiseeb border. The accident was dealt with by Nuwaiseeb firefighters and security personnel.
