An Early Morning fire takes hours for firefighters to put out. The fire started inside a duplex located in 200 block of Western Avenue in waterloo. Firefighters arrived at the duplex around four a m to find smoke cominggut of the house. You can see flames coming out of the second floor windows as they entered the house. The firefighters told us the wind was making it tough for them to put out the fire.
