still a work in progress. for people over a certain age is they will still have their social security and health care. it is going to the people under that age their futures are going to be reformed and restructured? we have to reform to save. they are all going . they are all facing looming insolvency. you have to reform these programs if you want to save these programs. we want to save these programs so there s something we can count on as younger people. more importantly, these are the big drivers of our debt. we don t want to give this country a debt crisis. greta: if you are not going to touch anybody receiving benefits and it is you are going to reform or restructure for those who intend to receive it in the future they are not going to feel change. that s my point if we tackle these challenges now we can do it gradually on our own terms in a phased in way.

the dnc saying he s rooting for a shutdown it doesn t suggest that this is a type of negotiation of good heart and mind it feels like gamesmanship. that s what it is. when you have people that prominent like howard dean or chuck schumer coming out and saying this is their goal, their end goal is to see the government shutdown. it isn t our goal. we are principled and we have positions we want to fight for. it isn t our goal to see a shutdown. frankly, they believe the american people they want the american people to blame republicans. now we have proof positive, you can t blame republicans. republicans aren t wanting to shut the government down. it is chuck schumer and howard dean saying they want to see the government shutdown. i think the cat is out of bag. greta: speaker boehner says he won t commit to any short term continuing resolution what is your view if we get to april 8th and there is still
