A Yuma County Sheriff’s deputy was on patrol on Levee Road and County 13½ Street around 8 a.m. when he observed a group of people jumping into the canal.
The incident began near Levee Road and County 13 ½ Street when a Yuma County deputy on patrol reportedly saw a group of migrants jumping into and swimming in a canal.
