Coming out of 2020, Wales restaurant scene looked so different.
With the hospitality industry hit hard by the pandemic, restaurants pulled out so many stops to keep going in the face of overwhelming circumstances, from takeaways and deliveries to Sunday roasts and fish counters.
We ve decided to publish our annual Best Restaurants in Wales list to showcase the best Wales has to offer as they come out of a painful, damaging lockdown into what will hopefully be a return to normality and the chance to get back to doing what they do best. We didn t publish the list at all in 2020.
