A Boston commercial property firm has joined with a local company to build a new office and warehouse project in Carrollton. Longpoint Realty Partners has started construction on the Point 35/190 industrial project, a 178,000-square-foot office and warehouse project. The building is being constructed with Dallas’ Proterra Properties providing development services and leasing. It’s located near the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Bush Turnpike, and the building is scheduled to open in June.
