Lt. Gen. Alfredo Rosario Jr., commander of the Western Mindanao Command (Westmincom), said authorities were serving a warrant of arrest to Muksidal Jumadil, an ASG bandit, Wednesday in Barangay Kan Mindus, Luuk when the suspect opened fire upon seeing the troops and managed to escape.
