Sod Solutions hires new Florida territory manager
Mark Kann brings over 25 years of experience in the turfgrass industry.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Sod Solutions announced Mark Kann has accepted the position of Florida Territory Manager. He will begin employment in February, bringing over 25 years of experience in the turfgrass industry to the company and who for the past 14 years has run the turf research facility for the University of Florida (UF) Plant Science Research and Education Unit in Citra, Florida.

He has clearly demonstrated his interest and expertise to work with producers throughout the region as a sod professional and will be a resource for Sod Solutions. RightLine hires McCloud as regional sales manager
Brian McCloud comes to RightLine with more than 20 years of experience in the turf and ornamental markets.
MALDEN, Mo. – RightLine LLC announced Brian McCloud has joined the company as regional sales manager. McCloud comes to RightLine with more than 20 years of experience in the turf and ornamental markets.
In the new position, McCloud will represent the existing RightLine products, which includes EPA-registered herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, nematicides and nutritional products. He will also help launch a proprietary turf herbicide, two plant growth regulators and one new fungicide in 2021.
“Brian’s knowledge of the industry and the relationships he has formed will help RightLine quickly expand its business,” RightLine Vice President of Sales Tim Zech said. “With additional products scheduled to launch in 2021, the timing could not be better.”
