And i i received a phone call from someone who said part of the organizing team for this rally, he says that they plan to come here despite the city denial. And he he will hold the rally even though they do not have a permit. The dean says that the city does have the right to control where and how the groups exercise First Amendment rights. So long as they would have been doing this regardless of viewpoint, viewpoint, this is constitutional. Some of the rainfall is going to be very heavy. They are going to get more in one week and then we could see any year. Dash there was an update. A longduration flooding disaster looks to be imminent. If you get 30 or 35 inches of rain, i think some of the Higher Elevations could be impacted. Its a category 2 hurricane. And its turning toward Corpus Christi. It will probably reach category 3 sometime today into tonight. This is going to be a slow moving storm. It went from a tropical depression to hurricane in about 24 hours. It is gone up to a category two. We have a quiet pattern although there is a decent breeze. Soma fog is making a move but its a far cry from anything weve seen for the past couple of days. Hello has moved out and High Pressure is moving in. There is a decent breeze for some in the delta. West and southwest with gusts up to 29. 50s and 60s. Maybe a few upper 40s in the north. Its only taking 19 minutes pick however it is not going to be too crowded. When you get to the bay bridge there is a backup at the toll plaza. A 10 minute wait. Also looking at interstate 880 north and southbound. Traffic is moving along nicely. In the south bay we have not had a big commute. A couple of minor issues.
