From staff reportsJennifer Searls is the newest member of the Branch County Community Foundation board of directors.Searls has been a member of the Union City community for 45 years. She and her husband, Steve, raised four children north of town before moving into the village six years ago.A graduate of Spring Arbor University, with a bachelor degree in education and a masters in counseling, Searls was a teacher in Union City for 19 years before joining the Branch Intermediate School District
