Near the napa river many spent is their saturday blocking openings in case the river overflows its bank. This last storm moved ashore about dinnertime and many parts of the bay area have been getting soaked ever since. What you had this evening appeared to be heavy enough that you may have thought it was that last wave of rainfall but actually it was a couple hours before the main event.
