The BJP on Saturday alleged links between businessman Navneet Kalra, who is accused of hoarding and selling oxygen concentrators in the black market, and the Congress. BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi said Kalra was given the membership of Golf Club, one of the most premium clubs in the national capital, by Congress leader Ajay Maken when he was the urban development minister in the UPA-I government.

New Delhi [India], May 14 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to grant any interim protection from arrest to Businessman Navneet Kalra in connection with a case relating to the allegedly hoarding of oxygen concentrators in some restaurant in South Delhi.
A single-judge bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad refused to grant any interim relief to Kalra and adjourned the matter for further hearing on May 18.
Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for Navneet Kalra, pressed for granting interim protection to his client but could not convince the court.
No Interim Protection From Arrest To Kalra Till May 18 in Oxygen Black Marketing Case
During a recent raid, 524 oxygen concentrators were recovered from three restaurants owned by Kalra â Khan Chacha, Nega Ju and Town Hall â and he is suspected to have left Delhi along with his family. The concentrators are crucial medical equipment used for COVID-19 patients.
