It’s sounding more and more like Julio Jones has played his last game for the Atlanta Falcons, raising questions about where the wide receiver will play in the upcoming season.
The Dallas Cowboys are one team that is not a realistic destination for the veteran this offseason.
During Monday’s broadcast of Fox Sports 1’s “Undisputed” Shannon Sharpe called Jones to ask about his future. Jones told Sharpe, “I’m out of there” when asked about wanting to stay in Atlanta, and he dismissed the notion that he might end up in Dallas.

New Orleans might be making the biggest effort to move up in the first round, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports, seeing what it would take to acquire a top-10 pick. San Francisco traded for the No. 3 overall pick weeks ago, opening the door for the 49ers to send Jimmy Garoppolo elsewhere.

A new challenger has emerged in the Denver Broncos Quarterback Sweepstakes.
According to FanDuel, the Broncos are the "most likely trade destination" for second-year Packers QB Jordan Love in the lead-up to next week's NFL Draft.
Love is the classic, prototypical Denver Broncos quarterback. He's a 6-foot-4, 220-pound gunslinger with a cannon for an arm and enough athleticism to be a threat on the ground. It's not hard to envision John Elway and George Paton talking themselves into a guy like that. While the No. 9 pick is probably too steep of a price for Denver to pay, the Broncos should be able to put together an enticing package for the Packers. And Green Bay would be happy to get Love out of the conference.

Teams around the league have called the Falcons about Jones, according to multiple reports. NBC Sports’ Peter King noted that it would not be surprising for Atlanta to put together the framework of a deal for the star wide receiver because of his large salary and the Falcons’ poor salary cap situation.

A veteran sports journalist fancies seeing Jimmy Garoppolo make his return to the New England Patriots.
Following the massive draft picks trade between the Miami Dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers last month, Garoppolo’s future with the Niners is now deemed questionable.
Weighing in on the subject, famed ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith pictured a wild trade that would send Garoppolo to the Patriots, the team he has played for in his formative years in NFL. According to Smith, it would make sense for the 49ers to “return the favor” to the Pats and hand New England their quarterback back. In exchange, the Niners will get another big-name quarterback in Cam Newton.
