"On the very first day of the budget session, a no-confidence motion will be brought against the government. The MSP Guarantee Bill, with several adjournments and calling attention proposals, will seek answers from the government on issues such as farmers' neglect, rising unemployment, changes in domicile regulations, rising crime, paper leaks, liquor and registry scams," Hooda, the former Haryana chief minister, said in a Twitter post in Hindi.
