AUGUSTA – Lucien “Lou” J. Bernier peacefully went to be with the Lord, after a long illness on Saturday, June 5, 2021. He was born in Eagle Lake, on May 17, 1949. He is one of the youngest of 13 children born to the late Solomon and Agnes (Saucier) Bernier. He had a college degree in Business Management from Ricker College. Lou proudly served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam veteran. He is a lifetime member of the VFW.
