Aggravated kidnapping. Last thursday, allen apparently grabbed a 14yearold girl from behind, throwing letter to the ground. Someone was able to stop him, but allen then ran off. He is due in court tomorrow. Elizabeth a federal judge has released convicted former House Speaker sal demassey from jail early because of his failing health. The judge approved a motion to allow demassey to serve house arrest and get treatment for his cancer. Crystal haynes the reporter the former House Speaker was ordered released from prison about two years and two days before thanksgiving. Sal demassey will be released to his wife debra and will be under house arrest for the next six months. Now, demasseys health is the reason for this release. The 71yearold is being treated for both prostate and throat cancer, making it so that he can only eat soft or pureed foods in extraordinary and compelling reasons warrant reducing demasseys sentence to the five years he has served, and the cancers that demassey devel
