Mangaluru: Dr Atul Kamath, a consultant ophthalmologist at Yenepoa Medical College was honoured with the Ophthalmic Heroes of India Award at the 82nd .
Hailing from Heirangoithong Keibung Makha in Imphal West, 48-year-old Dr Ronel Soibam, who specialises in “Vitreo-Retina” was conferred with the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) Achievement Award in Hong Kong, in September 2021.
