WEST PLAINS, Mo. – The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) will be offering a Supervision Boot Camp: Frontline Series in June. Supervisors today face a world of tremendous change and challenge. This program is designed for new and experienced supervisors and managers who want to keep their knowledge and skill consistent with, or a step ahead, of the demands of the work place. The Boot Camp has been designed to build skills in the basic competencies that supervisors need most in leading employees to greater individual, team, and organizational performance.
The Boot Camp is aimed primarily at supervisors, group leaders, and lead persons who have little formal training in effectively leading the work of others. Experienced supervisors will find the Boot Camp helpful in updating leadership skills and practices.
