Southern lifestyle retailer set to open first Alabama store

Palmetto Moon, a Southern lifestyle gift retailer, is on track to open its first store in the state of Alabama. The Charleston, S.C. based company known for its apparel, collegiate gear, and accessories will open a location at the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover.
The store, located at 2000 Galleria Circle, Suite 245, will host a two-day grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 1st from 11a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, May 2nd from noon to 4 p.m.
“We are delighted to expand our brand into Alabama,” Eric Holzer, CEO of Palmetto Moon, said in a press release. “From our humble beginnings as a kiosk in Charleston, South Carolina to now be serving six states in brick-and-mortar locations is a huge privilege.”
