首席执行官，全面负责战略规划、实施、投资、并购及投资者关系管理。他在金融保险和资产管理行业拥有20多年的股权投资和企业投融资规划的实际操作经验，在股权投资和企业投融资策略及实际操作方面具有丰富的经验。在加入公司之前，他曾在泰康人寿、生命人寿、阳光人寿等公司担任投资总监、高级投资分析师，主要负责金融保险和股权投资。他还负责拟议项目的尽职调查和后期投资管理。
