Here are Auckland's five most affordable suburbs

But Homes.co.nz chief data scientist Tom Lintern said 23 per cent of Auckland sales this year had been for less than $800,000, which showed “affordable” options did exist. “In fact, there are still four suburbs with a median value of less than $800,000 in Auckland, located in the apartment-filled central city and in the south of the city.” He said, based on Homes.co.nz estimates, the five most affordable were Auckland Central at $601,000, Grafton at $677,000, Manukau at $717,000, Clendon Park at $757,000 and Otara at $809,000. The list was not too different when based on the median sale price of council confirmed sales this year, Lintern said.

Connections: 80 authors, 80 science fiction stories shorter than novels

skip to main | skip to sidebar This blog comments on a variety of technology news, trends, and products and how they connect. I m in Red Hat s cloud product strategy group in my day job although I cover a broader set of topics here. This is a personal blog; the opinions are mine alone. Sunday, October 25, 2020 This is an update to 50 authors, 50 science fiction stories shorter than novels. It s mostly an addition of 30 more authors (many from outside the big SF names ) but I also made some other tweaks.  I ve been playing around with re-reading favorite science fiction short stories while also seeing if there s anything that has managed to elude me over the years. I ve also tried to catch up with more recent authors given that I don t read as many books as I used to. (The market for science fiction short stories, in general, is in something of a decline but there are still some fabulous recent stories out there.)

The Bachelorette NZ season two episode 11 recap: Lexie reels in her dream man, but has she caught the right fish? 24 Feb, 2021 07:35 AM 7 minutes to read An Aussie, a Kiwi, and a chef walk into the bar . Photo / Supplied I bring you a special edition of The Bachelorette recap because things are getting down to the wire and there s too much going on that we need to discuss. In tonight s episode, the boys met the parents, there was a dramatic exit and too many awkward fishing moments to count. Firstly, we need to talk about the man of the hour, Joe. The one who tore his ligament and was forced to hobble on crutches while his best mate Hamish stole his dream date away from him. Joe, who had the first date of the season with Lexie. Joe, who is feeling very conflicted about his time with Lexie. Joe, who had to watch Hamish swoop in and steal the show.
