Injuries to his son were terrible. Hunter was playing in his friends house when he was attacked by two pitbulls. Hunters mom says the dogs had torn into his cheeks. It is difficult to see hunter with such vie injuries. It is a heartbreak for him, i told him i love him and be strong. He was still in shock. Hunter mothers says he was walking upstairs playing video games and when a pitbull knocked him down and another pitbull attacked. She was next door and she heard the screams. I knew that i had to be calm and tell him hes not going to die. She says hunter loves swimming and looking forward to start 4th grade. The dog owner puts a sign outside, please dont bother us. Begin with another story. The lawyer representing audrey potts family says theyve reached a tentative settlement with two defendants in the wrongful death lawsuit. The Attorney Says an unspecified agreement is being worked out with michael and sheilah penune. The owner of the house where audrey potts was allegedly sexually assaulted by three teen boys. She killed herself after pictures of the alleged assaulted circulated around her School Campus and the internet after the party last september. Attorneys for defendants in the civil case could not be reached for comment. Three people are hospitalized tonight with life threatening injuries after a fight broke out in San Franciscos Mission district. Police were called to the area of 23rd and van ness after 6 00 this evening. When they arrived, they found the three stabbing victims. They were taken to San Francisco general hospital. Crime scene investigators spent hours gathering evidence here. After a contra costa search and rescue team found a womans body around 2 00. Oakland investigators developed information late this morning that led them to Lagoon Valley park, just south of vacville. Investigators would not say who led them here.
