Lucie Nduhirane, 34, of West India Dock Road, Limehouse, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 19. The 34-year-old is one of six people to be charged after protests on April 3 against the government s Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill which is going through Parliament. Michael Thompson, 39, of Elderfield Road, Lower Clapton, was charged with assaulting an emergency worker and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 20.

Police charge six people over Kill The Bill protest in London

14:19 EDT, 5 April 2021 Four women and two men have been charged and will appear at court after a Kill the Bill protest in London where 10 police officers were hurt. Four of those charged - three women and a man aged between 23 and 39 - have been accused of assaulting an emergency worker. The other two defendants have been charged with obstructing a constable and all six are due to appear at Westminster magistrates court later this month.  Six people have been charged with a range of offences after a protest turned violent. Image: WERNER HILLS “Everyone needs to have pride in their residential area and protect one another from illnesses and germs that the filth might cause.” Those are the words of Claude Rademeyer, 40, who decided to roll up his sleeves and clean the land adjacent to the Gelvandale law courts in Port Elizabeth, which was being used as an illegal dumping site. The resident of Reginald Street, Helenvale, decided he d had enough of the eyesore and beautified the site.

Richard Beech A FAILED businessman become the sixth and final member of an organised crime ring operating in Bradford to be put behind bars this month. Richard Beech was jailed for five years for laundering £5 million of drugs money for the gang.   He made frequent trips between his home in Manchester and West Yorkshire to collect and deliver large amounts of cash concealed in hidden compartments under the seats of his specially modified Range Rover. He was labelled the “cash converter and banker” for the organisation led by Rashid Ashraf (also known as Mohammed Rashid) who was jailed for 18 years.
