that point in time. so it wasn t the cold it was it was the rain collecting in the snow on the roof. the roof snow was nice and fluffy. it didn t weigh anything. all of a sudden the air warmed up, the snow stopped. it started to rain. all of that snow caught that rain, it got heavier and heavier and heavier and it couldn t run off and then the building literally pan caked. they knew it was coming. they heard it moving. they heard it getting heavy and heavy and so everybody was out. nobody was injured. they evacuated. that s just something you don t think about. it got warmer and the building collapsed. ironic. we have another system heading our way it depends on where our is. probably ice in houston. ice maybe all the way into jackson, mississippi, into montgomery. this entire area under the gun. temperatures right at 30 to 31 and it s trying to mist and rain. that mist and rain not going
