This is a story about a little girl and it begins in the arms of her mother, three days after she was born. Lorena , born seven years ago, was the most beautiful newborn her mother has ever seen – round eyes, pink lips, thick brows. Greenergy Holdings Inc., the listed holding firm of businessman Antonio Tiu, is optimistic after the Australian government’s recent landmark decision allowing over the counter sale of CBD or cannabidiol oil.
This bodes well for Greenergy which last year acquired a 50 percent stake in the Yakuru Group of Australia, a company engaged in the medical cannabis business, Tiu said.
CBD oil is derived from cannabis or marijuana and is used for medicinal purposes.
Tiu said Greenergy wants to be the first to bring in CBD oil to the Philippine market as soon as Congress approves a measure allowing the use of medicinal marijuana in the country.
