Police say Hector Flores aries escaped through a door which should lock automatically, flipped his handcuffs from behind and scaled a fence. Then he ran into the police chief in the parking lot. A Department Spokesman says Larry Esquivel immediately something wasnt right when he pulled in for work. He got out of his car and tackled suspect who was running toward him.
