Denise Van Outen feels she may have taken a backwards step as she heals up from her shoulder injury.
The star was forced to pull out of Dancing On Ice ahead of the second after suffering a nasty fall during training.
Now she fears she may have a frozen shoulder as she tries her best to keep it moving.
Appearing on today s Morning Live on BBC One, she told Gethin Jones: It was quite a bad fall. I m not too bad to be honest.
