The plan contained new figures for project cost estimates and moved some projects to the next fiscal year.

Mr. Burke said the original job was estimated at $100,000; the updated estimate is now $185,000. To fully fund the project, the boards approved putting aside $92,500 this year and the next to fund it by 2022-23.
