Two new industrial projects will bring more warehouse space to Grand Prairie and Far East Dallas.
Dallas-based developer Ironwood Realty Partners is planning a more than 240,000-square-foot industrial building on Wildlife Boulevard in Grand Prairie. The Remington I-30 business park is north of Interstate 30 off South Belt Line Road. Two buildings with almost 650,000 square feet are proposed in the industrial park, which is near Lone Star Park.
